Louis E. Zickler, CRE, FSMPS 

Lou Zickler passed away in 2022 and had more than 40 years’ experience in nearly all aspects of real estate. This includes residential, retail and general commercial property brokerage, subdivision marketing, and disposition of bank-foreclosed commercial property for lender clients. From 1981 to 2002, commercial appraisal and counseling services have been delivered through the Zickler Associates affiliate company, Horizon Group, Inc. Since 2002, these activities have been incorporated into Zickler Associates, LLC.
